How can we help you?... First Appointment
With our initial consultation we will schedule an appointment with you at our showroom to discuss your ideas and make suggestions on your remodel project. At this time we will also familiarize you with our company, show you various products that could be used on your project and figure out the best process for getting your project started.
Picture this... Design Fee
For more detailed projects, you may require our design services. We can provide drawings showing options for your proposed project. Fees for this design service vary depending on the size and scope of the project.
Nice to see you again... Meet Back
After the design and information gathering process, we will meet with you to review the detailed proposal, answer any questions you may have and note any changes to be made. We will also show you samples of some of the products we suggest for your project including cabinets, counters, flooring and fixtures.
We're ready when you are... Final Proposal
Once we have incorporated any changes you have requested, we will present the final proposal for your acceptance. After we receive your signed contract and initial deposit we will begin preparations for the construction phase.
Beige, tan or ecru?... Product Selections
Next, we invite you to meet with us in our showroom to assist with product selection. We will help you choose products that fit within your budget and complement your style and design. Or if you choose, we can suggest various locations throughout the Metroplex where you can shop for products at your convenience or with our assistance.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Introducing... The Project Management
Now that you have chosen Servant Remodeling as your design/build firm, we will plan your project so that it flows smoothly. We are always available for any questions or concerns you may have and will manage your project through its completion and to your satisfaction.
