Servant Remodeling is an award-winning full service design/build firm with over 25 years experience that has built a solid reputation on quality workmanship, excellence and integrity. Most of our clients desire a company to manage their project, leaving the problem solving and details to the professionals, thus allowing them a worry-free experience.

We have experience in home remodeling projects of all shapes, sizes and budgets for all types of families. We also specialize in readying your home for retirement. How can we help you?... First Appointment

With our initial consultation we will schedule an appointment with you at our showroom to discuss your ideas and goals for your remodel project. We ask that you bring digital photos so we can get a feel for the existing space and if you are considering an addition, please provide original plans or a survey. At this time, we will also familiarize you with our company, provide examples of completed products, show you photos or displays that could be used in your project and then determine the best process for getting started. During this meeting we will discuss your project budget and determine a design fee, if needed. Our design fee does apply toward your total project cost.

Nice to see you again... Second Appointment

After our initial visit we will schedule a meeting at your home to look at the space, take measurements and gather information to start the design process or put together a proposal.

Picture this... Design Process

Additional appointments are scheduled depending on the project. We will meet to review design ideas and select products. We like to "brain storm" to make sure we have the ideal design for you. We will provide drawings showing options for your proposed project and make recommendations on colors, appliances, cabinets, countertops, flooring and fixtures. Once a final design and the majority of the products are selected we can then put together an exact proposal to review with you.

We're ready when you are... Final Proposal

Once we have incorporated any changes you have requested, we will present the final proposal for your acceptance. After we receive your signed contract and initial deposit we will begin preparations for the construction phase.

Now that you have chosen Servant Remodeling as your design/build firm, we will plan your project so that it flows smoothly. We are always available for any questions or concerns you may have and will manage your project through its completion and to your satisfaction.
