Some time ago I decided to do some improvements at my home. I had heard your advertisement on a local radio show and I called the station to get some more information about your firm. They were glad to tell me more about your company, about you and in fact, were able to give me personal references from their employees who had used your services. On their recommendation, I chose your company to do the work I needed.
I am pleased to say that I was extremely pleased with each phase. You gave me the information I needed to get the project going and sent one of your staff out to follow up. He did an outstanding job and was one of the nicest people to work with.
Mr. Jackson, even though the project I had was relatively a small one, I was given excellent service and the job was finished on time and a great job it was.
