Dear Mr. Jackson:
I wanted to thank you for the professional and timely manner in which you and your personnel completed the major remodel of my eight year old home. The second story addition with the bath and upper deck looks even better than the original plans. Your recommendations made it virtually impossible to tell that this was not part of the original design of the house. My wife and I also appreciated your working with us in making the 'last minute changes' such as the installation of the skylights in the living room, replacing the sidewalks and adding the additional driveway to the back of the house.
Today, we often hear of contractors that fraudulently misrepresent their capabilities or perform substandard work using inferior materials. For this reason, I was very cautious in the interview and selection process when looking for a qualified contractor to do the remodeling of our home. All of the many references you submitted to me stated how pleased they were with the work you had preformed for them. Also, you were the only contractor that I interviewed that identified the obvious structural problem with my initial design.
You started the work on time, finished on time, and at the competitive price you had quoted. There were no surprises or 'gotcha's'.
Again, Judy and I appreciate all the attention you gave to the details in pleasing this customer. We wish you continued success in your business.
